We aim to keep our customer informed of any change due to the sale of Newfort House.
It is being sold as a business and we aim to honour all 2027 bookings.

In the unlikely event the new owners do not wishing to carry on with the self catering business we will aim to finalise the sale at the end of the 2027 season.
If the new owners demand completion prior to the end of 2027 season we will fully refund all customers for any monies paid in advance and assist with alternative accommodation to the best of our ability.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Newfort House has it’s own entrance, lounge with wood burning stove and fully equipped modern kitchen with full facilities.

Leading from the kitchen back doors step onto your own, south aspect, private outside deck, featuring two sun loungers and a table for up to six people for summer dining.
​
We are Dog Friendly for one well behaved small to medium size Dog.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under 5 years of age.
We are a short 5 minute walk into the centre of Hugh Town and set next to two quiet beaches, with easy access to a number of art galleries, cafes, a sailing school and coastal walks.

The whole of this beautiful archipelago is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a wealth of archaeological interest under the supervision of English Heritage. The Isles of Scilly provide an ideal holiday setting, free from the bustle of modern life. Unspoilt quiet beaches, tropical plants, magnificent views, historic buildings and a slower pace of life captivate all visitors who return year after year.
